Job Description:

Helps identify, assess, monitor, and reduce operational, financial, compliance, and business risks across stores, warehouses, e-commerce operations, and corporate functions.The role supports business continuity, fraud prevention, internal controls, and regulatory compliance while ensuring smooth retail operations.



Job Requirement

  • :Bachelor's Degree from related majo
  • rStrong understanding of enterprise risk management (ERM) principles
  • .Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate: Operational risks, Financial risks, Inventory shrinkage & fraud, Compliance risks and Vendor & supply chain risk
  • sExperience building risk registers and mitigation frameworks
  • .Data Analytics & Risk Monitoring; Strong analytical capability using: Sales data, Inventory movement, Margin analysis, Loss prevention indicator
  • sAbility to translate data into actionable risk insight
  • sExperience designing and monitoring: Internal control frameworks, Fraud detection mechanisms, Exception reportin
  • gHaving Knowledge of: Theft prevention, Dummy transactions, Staff misuse detection, System abuse risk
  • sWilling to be placed at Erajaya Plaza, West Jakart
