Our client is an established FMCG company operating in the packaged drinking water industry, specializing in premium bottled mineral water products including gallon refills, glass bottles, and aluminum cans. Supported by modern manufacturing facilities, advanced water purification technology, and sustainability-driven operations, the company serves both residential and commercial customers across Bali through an extensive offline distribution network.

The organization has built a strong presence within the hospitality, retail, and food & beverage sectors, supplying hotels, restaurants, cafés, beach clubs, lifestyle venues, wholesalers, offices, and residential customers. As part of its continued business expansion, the company is strengthening its commercial organization by enhancing sales execution, expanding distribution coverage, and increasing market penetration throughout Bali.

Operating in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment, the company empowers commercial leaders to build customer relationships, develop distribution channels, and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive sustainable business growth.

Job Role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the company's offline sales and marketing activities across Bali. This role focuses on expanding HORECA accounts, strengthening distributor partnerships, increasing market visibility, and driving sustainable revenue growth for the company's bottled drinking water portfolio.

The successful candidate will oversee customer acquisition, distributor management, sales team leadership, commercial negotiations, market analysis, and field execution while building long-term relationships with key customers throughout Bali's hospitality and food & beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute offline sales strategies to increase market penetration throughout Bali.
  • Build, manage, and expand distributor networks, wholesalers, and strategic channel partners.
  • Identify and acquire new HORECA customers including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, beach clubs, and hospitality operators.
  • Conduct customer visits, commercial presentations, negotiations, and business development activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding new business opportunities.
  • Lead and supervise the sales team by providing coaching, performance monitoring, and execution guidance.
  • Organize product activations, sampling programs, and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, customer trends, and market developments.
  • Prepare sales reports, revenue analysis, forecasting, and commercial performance updates for senior management.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue objectives, customer acquisition goals, and distribution expansion KPIs.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the FMCG, beverage, packaged food, drinking water, or HORECA industries.
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
  • Proven experience developing offline sales channels and expanding distribution networks.
  • Strong existing network within Bali's HORECA market, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, hospitality operators, distributors, and beverage wholesalers.
  • Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, distributor management, and key account development.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, and commercial opportunities.
  • Self-driven, hands-on, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional proficiency in English for business communication with management and stakeholders.
