Sales Trainer

Job Description

• Organize and facilitate regular Product Knowledge and Soft Skills training sessions for internal employees and sales teams (both online and offline).
• Adapt delivery methods to ensure materials are easily understood by diverse audiences, especially field partners.
• Prepare periodic reports regarding training execution, attendance, evaluation results, and program effectiveness.
• Create, update, and develop training modules, presentation materials, guidebooks, and other learning aids.
• Manage all training logistics requirements, including scheduling, attendance sheets, training venues/media, and participant facilities.
• Document and maintain an organized and neat Training Database.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major (Psychology, HR Management, or Communication preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Training / Learning & Development (experience managing field sales teams is a plus).
• Strong public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in creating engaging presentation materials (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) and structuring learning modules.
• High attention to detail in managing data, schedules, and preparing training reports.
• Adaptability: Ability to build effective and communicative approaches with field partners (sales team).
