We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.
You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.
You'll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
Scope of Work
- Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records, and automation issues.
- Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
- Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
- Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
- Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
- Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and other integrated tools.
- Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
- Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
- Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
- Experience working in SaaS environments.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
