Key Responsibilities:

  • Melakukan development dan enhancement menggunakan ABAP sesuai kebutuhan bisnis HC
  • Mengelola dan mengembangkan object ABAP seperti Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF)
  • Memahami dan mendukung proses end-to-end Human Capital (Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, hingga Payroll)
  • Berkolaborasi dengan functional consultant dan tim bisnis untuk memastikan solusi sesuai requirement
  • Melakukan debugging, troubleshooting, dan performance tuning
  • Mendukung testing (unit test, SIT, UAT) serta deployment

Minimum Qualifications: Requirements:

  • Minimal pengalaman 3-4 tahun sebagai SAP ABAP Developer
  • Memiliki pengalaman kuat di modul SAP HC/HCM
  • Memahami end-to-end proses HC hingga payroll
  • Terbiasa dengan integrasi SAP dan sistem eksternal (interface/API)
  • Menguasai ABAP programming (Report, ALV, BAPI, BADI, User Exit, Smartform/Adobe Form)
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan problem solving yang baik
  • Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja dalam tim

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pengalaman di industri perbankan atau institusi besar menjadi nilai tambah
  • Pernah terlibat dalam project implementasi atau rollout SAP HC
  • Familiar dengan SAP SuccessFactors menjadi nilai tambah
