As part of Digital Marketing, our SEO crew owns organic discovery at massive scale — across 11 markets, multiple languages, and a product range that spans flights, accommodation, attractions, and more.

You will work where technical depth meets editorial craft: shaping site architecture, content strategy, and structured data, and adapting fast as search shifts toward AI-powered answers. We measure everything, ship continuously, and treat every ranking as a hypothesis to test. If you want your work seen by an entire region rather than a single funnel, you will feel at home here.

About The Job

As a senior digital marketing individual contributor driving complex marketing programs across multiple Traveloka products and markets, you carry no people-management accountability and no direct reports: you set the bar through your own expertise, technical direction, and the mentoring you give, not through line management.

• Own the marketing strategy for a significant product or market portfolio and deliver measurable, compounding growth
• Lead the hardest cross-channel work — large campaigns, platform migrations, measurement and attribution, internationalization — with partner teams
• Architect and scale automated and content-driven marketing systems that generate durable results
• Set the experimentation agenda, raise the rigor of how the team tests, and institutionalize what wins
• Mentor and technically guide junior specialists and review their work, without owning their management
• Translate marketing performance into business impact and present recommendations to marketing leadership
• Stay ahead of digital and AI-driven shifts and turn them into a defensible Traveloka advantage
  
  

Job Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of SEO experience with a clear record of delivering large, durable organic growth
• You are an expert across technical, on-page, and content SEO and have led migrations or large architecture changes without losing traffic
• You scale SEO through systems and automation, not just manual optimization
• You partner fluently with engineering and product, and you can scope and prioritise technical work credibly
• You turn complex analytics into a sharp story and a clear plan, and you defend your reasoning with data
• You mentor and raise the standard of more junior marketers through expertise, not authority
• You are fluent in how generative AI and answer engines are reshaping search, and you build for it
• You hold a relevant degree from a good university
• You communicate persuasively with both engineers and senior marketing stakeholders
• You have led a major site migration or replatform with no lasting organic traffic loss
• You have built and own an automated SEO monitoring or programmatic content pipeline at scale
• You have published or spoken externally on SEO, or have a measurable footprint in AI-search optimization
