Overall Objectives:

• End-to-End Planning | Digital Transformation | Process Excellence:

• This role is responsible for driving strategic transformation initiatives that improve planning maturity, strengthen governance, standardize business processes, and accelerate digital adoption. Therefore require a combination of deep functional expertise in Supply Chain Planning with strong digital knowledge to translate business challenges into scalable technology-enabled solutions
  
  

• Leadership and stakeholder management Competency:
• Ability to influence senior executives, lead cross-functional teams, manage organizational change, and drive transformation across multiple countries
• Understand the nature of business, manage change resistance & challenge the status quo
• Drive successful adoption rather than simply system implementation
• Inspire high-performing teams, Build trust and credibility
• Lead through change, Coach and develop others
  
  

• Functional Competencies:
• Act as the regional focal point between Global Transformation, Digital Teams and Business Leaders
• Define and execute the regional Supply Chain Planning Transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across SIOP and Manufacturing Planning
• Lead the digitalization of SC Planning that enhance End-to-End Supply Chain Planning Excellence
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business value instead of only technical completion.
• Establish robust governance models across regional planning functions
• Ensure sustainable transformation through governance and capability building
  
  

• Cross Functional Competencies:
• Break down organizational silos and facilitate collaboration across multiple business functions and countries
• Align diverse stakeholders toward common transformation goals while balancing regional and local business requirements
• Build strong partnerships with Global Transformation, IT, Digital, Operations and Functional Excellence teams
• Bridge business requirements with technical teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable and deliver tangible business benefits
  

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor Degree & associated to Supply Chain is Preferrable
• At least >5 years Technical experience in supply chain Planning
• At least >3 years in Project Management and involved in Project with Digital Solution is preferrable
• At least >3 years Working experience across multi-culture & diverse background - people engagement mindset
• Strong understanding in Supply Chain Principles, Process, Tool and VSM/Kaizen
