The Opportunity:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Social Media & Community Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a variety of channels and implement different strategies. This is a perfect role for someone who’s dreaming of becoming a CMO one day or running their own digital marketing company. You’ll be part of a small team which means you’ll be very involved in both decision-making and execution - no fake “meta work” around here.
This is a part-time role (25–30 hours per week) with the potential to become full-time based on performance.

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Community Manager to join our team full-time.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of both our social media presence and community engagement efforts. You’ll be responsible for creating content, growing our online presence, supporting events and partnerships, and helping foster a thriving community both online and offline.

This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, building relationships, and turning ideas into action. You’ll work closely with a small team, which means you’ll have a direct impact on strategy, decision-making, and execution. No endless meetings or unnecessary layers of approval. Just meaningful work, creative freedom, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

What will you do?

  • Even though this sounds like a long list, you’ll be touching only on 1-2 of these on a daily basis:

  • Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)

  • Social media content creation, including copywriting, design, and short-form video content

  • Community management across our online channels and member platforms

  • Building relationships with members, partners, and event attendees

  • Driving engagement within the Livit Hub community, both online and in person

  • Creating opportunities for members to connect, collaborate, and participate in community activities

  • Supporting community events, networking sessions, workshops, and member initiatives

  • Event planning, promotion, and coordination

  • Event hosting, live coverage, and content documentation

  • Monitoring social media conversations, messages, and comments

  • Other ad-hoc tasks to support the Marketing & Community team


You are ideal for this opportunity if:

  • You are based in Bali.

  • You are proficient in English and have excellent communication skills (oral and written).

  • You are tech-savvy.

  • You are a proficient user of Canva.

  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions (business development, digital marketing, event management, customer success roles).

  • You have the ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

  • You are a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail.

  • You have a "Hands-on" and "Can-do" mindset.

  • Huge Bonus but not compulsory: You come from a Digital Marketing, Training & Consultancy, Startups or Co-working background.

  • Able to work from the office 5 days per week during the probation period.

  • We value flexibility and trust. Following a successful probation period, high-performing team members may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement with a few remote workdays each week.
