SoftwareSeni is a Software Development Company based in Yogyakarta & Sydney, Australia. We have been designing and developing phone apps, websites, and mobile experiences. We love solving tough problems – from user experience to design and code. We build enterprise web-based solutions for clients all over the world, from Australia, Indonesia, Europe, Africa, and America. Requirement

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a QA, with a proven track record of owning the end-to-end quality of complex software products.
• Strong ability to participate in product discovery, providing feedback on wireframes and user stories to identify logic gaps or UX friction before development begins.
• Self-starter capable of working as a solo QA, taking full responsibility for quality standards without needing external supervision.
• Confident in making deployment decisions and prioritizing bug fixes based on business impact and user urgency.
• Mastery of root cause analysis and the ability to connect disparate data points to identify systemic quality issues.
• Proactively raising process improvements and facilitating product grooming sessions to ensure requirements are testable.
• Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman/Insomnia), browser developer tools, and database querying tests to perform deep-dive technical troubleshooting.
• Skilled in creating high-level test strategies and structured test suites that serve as a source of truth for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expert at identifying project risks early, providing constructive feedback, and proposing mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track.
• Experience leveraging AI productivity tools to assist in a work setting.
• Strong English proficiency (speaking & writing) for technical documentation and cross-team alignment.
• Capable of leading technical and product discussions with offshore stakeholders.
• Willing to work onsite at the Yogyakarta office.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Monitor the debugging process results.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Perform functional testing, content & display testing, performance testing, & responsive testing.
• Check if the website design appears exactly as the client wants. Always check the overview of how the client wishes the sites to appear.
• Maintain good communication with Developers and Project Managers
• Provide solutions to Developers and Project Managers if any requests are unable to be completed exactly as requested by clients\
• Always look for the most efficient way of testing.
