• Deliver spa treatments including massages, body treatments, facials, and wellness therapies according to established standards.
• Welcome guests and conduct treatment consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Ensure guest comfort, safety, and privacy throughout the treatment experience.
• Promote and recommend spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies before and after each service.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Report guest feedback, maintenance issues, and operational concerns to the Spa Supervisor.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Attend training sessions and continuously improve treatment skills and product knowledge.
