- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Residing in Jakarta and available for a 6-month internship

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Exposure to recruitment processes
- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition and employer branding
