As Tax Specialist, you are responsible to ensure day to day Tax Operation in accordance with Tax Laws and support Tax Department.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS TAX SPECIALIST

Tax Filing :

• Prepare and review annual Corporate Income Tax (CIT) returns (SPT Tahunan PPh Badan), including fiscal reconciliation and supporting schedules includes the Preparation of Transfer Pricing reports (TPs)
• Performing With-Holding Tax process including payment and reporting of WHT Return, issuing and distributing WHT Slips and reconciliation of WHT Account
  
  

Tax Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting packages for Management and Group
• Ensure alignment between accounting (IFRS/PSAK) and tax reporting
  
  

Tax Audit:

Lead and coordinate tax audits, including:

• Preparation of audit files and responses to Tax Office (DJP)
• Review of SPHP, SKPKB/SKPKBT, and audit findings
• Ensure proper documentation and defense strategy aligned with TP policy and regulations
• Maintain strong working relationship with tax authorities
  
  

Tax Review:

Verify vendor transactions to ensure correct WHT imposition

What Makes You Successful

• Bachelor-degree holder (S1) with minimum 3 out of 4.0 GPA in Accounting, Taxation, Computer, Statistic or Finance
• 3-6 years of experience in Tax Preparation or Advisory role in Company or with Professional Firm
• Fluent in English and Bahasa
• Rigorous and able to handle large data and operate Coretax / e-tax systems
• Having Tax certificate, is an advantages
