Job Overview:

The Transportation Administrator has established Transportation skills to perform various day-to-day activities. The Transportation Administrator can recognize and solve typical General Services problems with limited supervisory approval. Their work directly impacts their team through the quality of the services or information provided.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Daily pick up & drop off services to hotels for employees, clients, etc.
• Airport meet and assist with arriving business trip employees
• Maintain driver logs & daily sanitization checklists
• Manage transportation vendors and carriers to ensure the efficient delivery of goods and services
• Coordinate scheduling and routing of transportation operations
• Facilitate communication among transportation stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on transportation activities
• Continuously evaluate transportation performance and identify areas for improvement
  
  

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• 1-2 years of experience in transportation or logistics
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
