Travel Consultant

YKExplore is an inbound tour operator specializing in curated travel experiences across Indonesia. We welcome travelers from around the world through our website and global travel platforms, providing memorable journeys with exceptional service.
We're looking for a passionate Travel Consultant who enjoys helping people, has excellent communication skills, and can turn travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and meta.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable tour packages.
• Prepare quotations and and tour proposal.
• Follow up leads until booking confirmation.
• Input and manage bookings accurately in the booking system.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth tour execution.
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, schedules, inclusions, and travel requirements.
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and customer requests professionally.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships before, during, and after the trip.
• Achieve individual sales and conversion targets.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or sales.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays based on operational schedules.
