Vault Operations

  • Receive, store, safeguard, and release valuable goods in accordance with approved SOP.
  • Ensure accurate identification, counting, labeling, and sealing of all valuables.
  • Maintain strict access control and dual control principles within the vault.

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure vault operations comply with internal security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor vault security systems and report any irregularities immediately.
  • Support internal and external audits, investigations, and compliance reviews.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate vault records, logs, and transaction documentation.
  • Reconcile physical valuables against system records and reports.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly vault reports as required.

Inventory & Control

  • Conduct regular stock opname and vault reconciliation.
  • Investigate and escalate discrepancies or variances promptly.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions and segregation of valuables.

Coordination

  • Coordinate with Cash Processing, CIT, and Operations teams for inbound and outbound movements.
  • Support smooth handover and transfer processes with authorized personnel only.
