Key Responsibilities:

• • Short-Form Video Editing: Edit engaging, platform-ready content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• • YouTube Video Editing: Produce compelling long-form videos with strong storytelling, clean pacing, SFX, and B-roll integration.
• • Post-Production Workflow: Organize editing sequences and manage efficient post-production workflows, including multi-cam projects when needed.
• • Color Correction & Grading: Apply color correction and cinematic color grading to maintain consistent visual quality and brand identity.
• • Photo Editing: Create and enhance thumbnails and other digital assets for social media and YouTube.

Qualifications:

• • Technical Camera Knowledge: Understand camera settings (frame rate, resolution, shutter speed, ISO, aperture, and Log/Flat profiles) for an efficient post-production workflow.
• • Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom.
• • Fast & Efficient Editing: Deliver high-quality video content within tight deadlines.
• • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively, receive feedback positively, and collaborate with the production team.
• • Attention to Detail & Integrity: Ensure error-free edits with strong professionalism and work ethic.
• • English Proficiency: Communicate confidently in both written and spoken English with clients and team members.
