Job Role
The Warehouse & Distribution Sales Assistant Manager is responsible for driving business development and account expansion within the Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) and 3PL segment. The role focuses on identifying customer logistics challenges and proposing integrated warehousing, distribution, and contract logistics solutions that improve operational efficiency and supply chain performance.
The position requires strong customer engagement, site-based analysis, and solution-selling capability to support strategic logistics projects and long-term B2B partnerships.

Job Role
The Warehouse & Distribution Sales Assistant Manager is responsible for driving business development and account expansion within the Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) and 3PL segment. The role focuses on identifying customer logistics challenges and proposing integrated warehousing, distribution, and contract logistics solutions that improve operational efficiency and supply chain performance.
The position requires strong customer engagement, site-based analysis, and solution-selling capability to support strategic logistics projects and long-term B2B partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers within the Warehouse & Distribution and 3PL segment.
- Prepare sales plans, sales reports, and business development strategies.
- Conduct regular visits to customer offices and project sites to understand operational requirements.
- Develop tailored warehousing, distribution, and contract logistics solutions.
- Manage and maintain relationships with strategic and high-value customers.
- Support achievement of sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support customer meetings, negotiations, and logistics solution presentations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within 3PL, Contract Logistics, or Warehouse & Distribution segments.
- Experience handling strategic or large-scale customers within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
- Currently at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level.
- Strong understanding of warehousing operations, inventory management, and contract logistics solutions.
- Ability to analyze logistics flows and evaluate operational site requirements.
- Experience preparing structured sales plans and business development strategies.
- Professional fluency in English for business communication and negotiations.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
