Our client is seeking a motivated and self driven Account Manager with a focus on IT System Integrator. This role is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to develop and manage relationships with hardware, software and service providers, driving revenue and profit growth through sales of datacenter hardware and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, working closely with product teams, and providing solutions to customers within the channel.

What you'll do:

As an Account Manager in IT Hardware, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's success. You will be responsible for determining customers' needs, providing source data for communications, obtaining market share, assessing market data, facilitating inventory turnover, and determining pricing. Your ability to prospect for new customers via various methods, develop relationships with prospective buyers, create specialized inventory lists, develop business plans and sales strategies will be key in this role. You will also liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Drive, manage, and grow key accounts within targeted sectors in Indonesia.
  • Exhibit strong account management capabilities, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling across high-value accounts.
  • Lead compelling presentations to C-suite executives, contributing to precise business forecasting and strategic sales planning.
  • Build and nurture relationships with channel partners to drive sales and business expansion.
  • Show in-depth understanding of the products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Maintain a network of mid- to senior-level contacts within the designated accounts.

What you bring:

With a university or college degree under your belt, you have spent 3-5 years honing your skills in the field.   • University or college degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of Sales Experience
  • B2B Enterprise experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of having a goal-oriented approach to reaching and exceeding monthly goals.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines
  • Experience with enterprise hardware and services solutions
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
