We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, foster trust, and enable upselling and cross-selling to build long-term partnerships. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, gather client insights, and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets. Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Expand the client base by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Client Maintenance: Strengthen relationships with existing clients to enable upselling, cross-selling, and build trust for long-term partnerships.
  • Trust Building & Referrals: Foster deep trust with maintained clients, encouraging them to provide valuable referrals.
  • Insight Gathering: Capture and document client needs to guide solution development and enhance engagement.
  • Seamless Handover: Ensure smooth collaboration with the Principal Consultant for effective solutioning.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet growth objectives.


Requirement

  • Domicile: Jakarta
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client acquisition and account management, preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or analytics industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts while acquiring new clients.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in tracking and managing sales pipelines effectively.
