Account Payable Staff (Temporary)

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Maintaining historical records
• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
• Continuing to improve the payment process

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Contract for 4 months (replacement for maternity leave)
• Willing to placement in Gading Serpong.
