Tasks

Role Summary


We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Accountant & Finance Manager to manage the full spectrum of our finance operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate bookkeeping, invoicing, tax compliance, and financial oversight. You will also be responsible for issuing invoices, chasing payments, and maintaining day-to-day financial records. You will be the primary finance function at this stage, with administrative support from the Sales Administrator and oversight from the CEO.


Key Responsibilities


Bookkeeping & General Accounting


Maintain complete and up-to-date general ledger records.


Process and record all financial transactions accurately and timely.


Reconcile all key accounts (bank, payables, receivables, intercompany).


Issue sales invoices and follow up for timely payments.


Accounts Receivable & Payable


Monitor receivables and actively chase overdue invoices.


Ensure timely payments to suppliers and vendors.


Track and reconcile multi-currency payments and receipts.


Financial Reporting


Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.


Provide management with regular reporting and analysis.


Support budgeting and forecasting processes.


Tax & Regulatory Compliance


Prepare and submit tax filings: PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT, Corporate Income Tax.


Liaise with external tax consultants and advisors (Indonesia & Dubai).


Maintain audit-ready financial and tax documentation.


Inventory & Import Costing


Record and allocate import-related expenses (duties, shipping, etc.).


Reconcile landed costs and manage COGS accounting.


Coordinate with logistics and purchasing teams.


Zoho Finance Suite Oversight


Maintain Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory entries.


Support automation of reporting and compliance workflows.


Liaise with internal tech support to improve financial system use.


Internal Controls & Process Management


Ensure all SOPs and internal compliance protocols are followed.


Suggest improvements in financial processes and internal controls.


Support with payroll, BPJS documentation, and employee reimbursements.


Requirements

Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.


Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting.


Prior experience handling bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment chasing.


Familiarity with Indonesian tax and regulatory frameworks.


Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, or other cloud systems.


Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.


Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working English.
