Accounting and Tax Division Head

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee, evaluate, and ensure the standardization of accounting systems (PSAK-IFRS, etc.) and Charts of Accounts (COA) in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Oversee and evaluate the recording of financial transactions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable. Manage the company's accounting system following the generally accounting procedures.
• Oversee and evaluate the management of company asset records, including capitalization and asset valuation analysis, as well as economic feasibility studies for asset disposal or write-off.
• Oversee and evaluate the calculation and the recording of company’s revenue
• Oversee, evaluate, and ensure that the company's financial reporting complies with applicable regulations.
• Oversee and evaluate the management of value management, data, and assets report, as well as the monitoring of system operations, analysis, and the management of corrections/adjustments of journal entries in the system.
• Oversee and ensure tax management, including the development of tax strategies and plans, as well as monitoring the implementation of these strategies and plans.
• Oversee and ensure the implementation of tax activities, including analysis and verification of tax payment requests, periodic (monthly/annual) tax calculations and evaluations, and evaluation of the company's tax reporting system.
• Oversee and coordinate the follow-up and resolution of tax matters, including compliance evaluations, reconciliation and equalization of payment and reporting data, and resolution of the results of tax reconciliations and equalizations.

• Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of working experiences

• Have related experiences in finance, accounting, and tax

• Bachelor's Degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Law

• Innovative, good in managing team, good problem solving and analytical thinking skill
