Accounting Finance Tax Supervisor - Manufacture - Tangerang - WFO

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Japanese Holdings (Manufacture) company in finding great talent as an Accounting Supervisor with the requirement as follows:

Working location: Tangerang, Banten

Job Responsibility:

• Oversee and monitor daily accounting operations, including sorting and organizing financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations for financial planning.
• Manage and monitor cost accounting activities to provide accurate cost insights.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports and provide recommendations for cost control and reduction.
• Prepare and file tax documents in compliance with government regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax requirements and incorporate changes into tax planning.
• Manage and monitor debit and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy in ledger balances.
• Train and support junior staff in accounting procedures and best practices.
  
  Requirements:
• +3 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax field (Small and Medium-sized Business)
• Experience in handling subordinate
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power point)
