As an Administrative intern at Schoters, your responsibilities may include:
- Scheduling: Assist in organizing and managing schedules for tutoring, events, or projects.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle documentation, recaps, and follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.
- Project Support: Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across teams.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with various teams to support daily tasks.
Requirement
- University Students in or Fresh Graduated (any major is welcome).
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Familiar with basic tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
