Office Supplies and Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Track and manage office equipment maintenance and repairs.
Report Preparation:
- Compile and submit reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Assist in preparing documents for meetings and presentations.
Data Entry and Database Management:
- Input data accurately into databases and manage records.
- Update information regularly to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Support for Administrative Processes:
- Assist in recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews or handling documentation.
- Handle expense reports, purchase orders, and other financial transactions related to administration.
Reception and Customer Service:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide relevant information.
