Administrative Intern

Join us to support the daily operations (administrative) that ensure students have the best learning experience with Schoters!

What you will do:

• Handle branch operations (attendance, student assessment recap, documentation, and teacher needs)
• Support students and ensure they have a smooth and engaging learning journey
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding student progress
• Assist in campus admission and student onboarding (data input, checking, and documentation)
• Monitor admission & onboarding processes to run smoothly
• Assign mentors and track student progress
• Check and ensure onboarding diagnosing checklists are completed by mentors

Requirements:

• Freshgraduates from any major
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Eager to learn and contribute to student success
