The Human Resources Manager at Alila Ubud plays a critical role in fostering a positive work culture and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of human resources. Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferable
- Minimum 2-3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Experience within luxury or lifestyle hotels is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors or similar platforms).
- Experience in talent acquisition, learning & development, industrial relations, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders.
- High emotional intelligence with a genuine passion for people and well-being.
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
- Respecting local community and supporting local activities.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
