Manulife Indonesia is seeking a Process Analytics and Improvement , who is obsessed with delivering value, is forward-thinking, and excited to see the successful implementation of the products they deliver. They will accountable as agile squad Product Owner and performing business analytics, process improvement, create user story for enhancement and development of new technologies in related squad

We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (from all majors)
- Having min 3 year of experience in Insurance
- Has experienced as Product Owner/Technical & Business Analyst role
- Insurance/Banking and involve in Project Management
- Good at stakeholder management and communication skills in defining outcomes, communicating progress and facilitating discussion
- Good knowledge of digital enterprise enablement technologies and practices
Nice to Haves:
- Certified in insurance certification is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Office
- Exposure to and understanding of Agile methodologies and experience of working in an Agile team
On the job you will:
1. Business Improvement
- Identify all existing process in New Business process and develop program/business improvement to increase New Business performance & Bancassurance Business through simplifying the process and system support.
- Assess any possibility to streamline the business process to be more effective & efficient.
- Act as Product Owner and coordinate with related parties regarding the initiative/development; able to collaborate with cross department.
2. Strategic Initiatives
- Responsible as squad Product Owner in driving strategy, planning and delivery of key capabilities aligned to the Value Stream customer journey at the squad level, including delivery features
- Actively involved in all squad event/ceremonies.
- Establish, create and manage User Stories for the squad development and emphasizing in the principle of Customer Centricity
- Actively involved in testing process of new/upgraded system
- Incorporates feedback from stakeholder to improve New Business on Bancassurance process
3. Standardization
- Coordinate with Business Unit to standardize procedures in term of items development in the squad so it can be aligned with current condition in the business.
- Prepare guideline for new system has been develop, provide training module to speed up the learning process.
- Responsible in the preparation and implementation of Strategic initiatives that has been develop by the squad. Establish and compile User Stories for squad development related to the initiative in accordance with Business Unit’s needs while still emphasizing in the principle of Customer Centricity
