Develop and execute area sales strategy in the coverage area
Seeking new potential distributors
Manage and grow distributor & channel networks
Analyze market potential & competitor activities
Lead and coach area sales team
Qulaification:
Min. bachelor’s degree (any major)
Min. 3 years experiences in the automotive industry preferably Tire, Lubricant, battery or automotive product (sparepart)
Strong knowledge of distributor management
Target-oriented, strong leadership & communication skills
Willing to travel & has a valid driver’s license (SIM A)
Available for placement in Banten/Palembang/Pontianak
