Area Sales Representative (Mining, Construction & Trade)

The Role

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the mining, construction, and trade sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
• Provide product knowledge and technical information relevant to company services (mining services, construction solutions, and agricultural trade).
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential industry developments.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in mining, construction, or industrial products/services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations when needed.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English skills are an advantage.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
