- Create a timeline and general work plan for the team.
- Ensure reports comply with SLA.
- Ensure that the solutions provided are in accordance with client needs.
- Ensure that the processes carried out are in accordance with procedures.
- Gather information and communicate team progress.
- Ensure work systems and results satisfy both parties.
- Recognize support in the assessment development process as required from other functions.
- Communicate team needs to other functions.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, preferably with strong background in Psychology and/or Psychometrics.
- Valid Assessor Certificate (mandatory).
- At least 5 years of working as psychological assessor, preferably with experience as Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge in assessment & Psychometrics.
- Have a good interpersonal skill, well organized and fast learner person.
- Excellence in negotiation skill.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure.
