Job Description

Job Overview:

Support ongoing and incoming T&I projects in Asia Pacific Marine Operation require more local field engineers based in Batam with possibility to be assigned wherever project/marine operation requires.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in installation method statements/project specific procedures development
  • Liaise with Fabrication Yard to ensure project related fabricated items are done correctly
  • Evaluate technical and operational aspect of offshore execution at planning stage
  • Review technical drawings and related engineering documents and report to Snr. Field Engineer or Operation Engineer
  • Ensure all works is done as per set standards, drawings, approved procedures, and/or codes
  • Plan, prepare, and implement solutions for construction and installation challenge
  • Participate in Task Risk Assessment for related scope of work
  • Participate in the design of installation aids and sea fastening
  • Monitoring project related installation aids fabrication and report to Snr. Field Engineer and Operation Engineer
  • Participate in the vessel loadout

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Minimum Degree in Engineering of equivalent and/or possess relevant experience
