We are looking for Banquet Service Manager

As a Banquet Service Manager, we rely on you to:

• Lead the overall banquet operation and administration of Banquet Events
• Leading the team to maximizing the profits and maintaining high quality service for Guests
• Provide Solutions to solve recurring issued and ensure customer satisfaction
• Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
• Preserved high standard of Food Safety Compliance as per company standard
• Lead the team to provide high quality of service and details in the set up

• Proficient in English and Mandarin both in written and spoken

• Have experience in similar capacity in international 5 star chain Hotel
