We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager fluent in Hokkien to lead our branch operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep understanding of local market dynamics, and ability to manage teams while delivering exceptional customer service in the Hokkien-speaking community.

Position = Branch Manager
Responsibilities
- Establish and develop distribution channels in the assigned area
- Market and present products to customers
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
- Handle customer needs and requests
- Create regular sales reports
- Assist with the customer billing process
- Male with max age 45-year-old
- Min Bachelor Degree in any major
- Min 3 year’s working experience as a Branch Manager in the materials/cement/granite industry
- Experience in the granite/tile industry
- Good communication skills and a target-oriented approach
- Field knowledge and store database
- Ability to manage branch operations, including finance, sales, and warehouse operations
- Fluent in Hokkien
- Domiciled and willing to be placed in Jambi/Palembang/Semarang
