About The Position

We are looking for a talented and entrepreneurial Brand Manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving brand growth, leading end-to-end marketing processes, and ensuring the successful execution of strategies in Indonesia's competitive FMCG food market.

About The Position

This role is pivotal in driving brand growth, leading end-to-end marketing processes, and ensuring the successful execution of strategies in Indonesia's competitive FMCG food market.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to drive top-line, bottom-line, equity, and market share growth.
- Lead the end-to-end marketing process, including consumer insights, concept development, product positioning, and communication mix.
- Innovation and Product Development:
- Optimize product assortment to meet market demands and lead the introduction of relevant innovations.
- Manage the innovation process, from concept testing and P&L analysis to launching and implementing activity plans.
- Campaign and Media Management:
- Drive aligned ATL and BTL communication in collaboration with Customer Marketing and Sales teams.
- Oversee media/PR communication, campaign briefing, and planning, ensuring optimal execution and achievement of KPIs.
- Budget and Performance Management:
- Manage the total marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and control of Advertising & Promotion expenses.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROMI and achieve strategic goals.
- Stakeholder and Agency Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Marketing, and Global Teams, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Manage relationships with creative, research, and media-buying agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
- Proven track record in brand management within the FMCG food industry, with 4–5 years of marketing/sales experience.
- Strong understanding of innovation processes, digital marketing, and consumer behavior in the food sector.
- Experience managing a total marketing budget and delivering profitable growth.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across technical and non-technical levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a start-up mindset.
