As a Business Development Associate, you’ll support our efforts to build partnerships and expand our client base, working closely with senior team members to drive the growth of Indonesia’s leading EV logistics enabler. Responsibilities :

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities by researching potential clients and understanding industry trends.
  • Support the Business Development team in creating tailored logistics solutions for clients, working across hub-and-spoke and point-to-point models.
  • Help prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitch materials to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and assisting in managing partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, and Engineering) to ensure alignment on client needs and seamless delivery of solutions.

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within logistics, technology, or similar industries. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to client engagement and relationship building.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to support strategic decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Mindset: Eager to learn, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about contributing to a fast-paced, growing team in the logistics and EV industry.
