Our Beauty & Wellbeing team is embarking on an exciting journey as it responsible for managing and optimizing financial performance within the organization. This role involves analyzing financial data, monitoring trends, and developing strategies to improve the company’s financial health and profitability. The Finance Performance Management Manager collaborates with various departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. They also play a key role in implementing financial tools and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

What can you expect from the role?
- Lead monthly P&L forecasting process and in year financial delivery
- Responsible for overall BU profitability forecast construct and accuracy (Gross margin, BMI, Overhead, UOP)
- Work closely with Brand Team to review BMI investment
- Managing Dynamic Resource Allocation (DRA) or Budget re-allocation to ensure performance achievement and investment sufficiency
- Prepare strategic actual and forecast performance pack for Local and Global Leadership Team
- Develop ROI (Return on Investment) to ensure the efficiency & effectiveness of the investment
- Manage overhead budget including people cost, market research cost, and Travel & Expense
- Lead financial reporting automation & analytics through collaboration with D&A team.
Experience & Qualifications
- Having FP&A or P&L forecasting experience at least 2-3 years
- University degree, preferably on Finance, Accounting, Economics & Management major.
- Strong critical & analytical thinking skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Ability to deal with large number of data and convert it into insight
