Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Customer service  Provide the highest level of customer service, by greeting each customer in a warm and friendly manner  Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively as well as ensuring customer satisfaction  Provide customers with information on procedures or store policies Operations  Compute and record totals of transactions  Assist with counting cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that float amounts are correct and all registers contain adequate change  Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers  Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas Job Requirements:  Experience of retail and cash management  Able to work as a team member  Excellent personal organizational skills with attention of detail and accuracy  Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment  Able to work on different tasks easily – Multi-tasking  Able and willing to deliver an exceptional customer service We are an Equal Opportunity Employer M/D/F/V — At Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
