Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor/Diploma Degree, preferably in Food Tech or Hospitallity. Others can apply with related experiences
  • Minimum 1 year of roasting experience, with 1-2 years working in coffee industry
  • Demonstrate passion and continuous enthusiasm for specialty coffee, especially open mind set & adaptability
  • Previous experiences in specialty coffee & SCA education is a plus
  • Coffee roasting experiences and good sensory skills
  • Great work ethic and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Self starter attitude, problem solver and creative in staying productive 8 Interest in specialty coffee and growth within the company
  • Willing to work shifts
  • Placement : Periuk, Tangerang

Job Descriptions:

  • Operate and manage production roast machine to roast green beans according to specified profiles and schedules
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on roasting machine to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Maintain detailed records of roasting batches, including profiles, outcomes, and any adjustments made
  • Routine inspection on green beans quality together with QC to match the product specification and COA before roasting
  • Working closely with production manager to meet coffee demands and improve overall quality
  • Collaborate with Coffee R&D to maintain year round taste profiles, refining coffee roast profiles and blend composition
