The Role

  • Supervise the implementation of daily construction work in the field.
  • Ensure the quality of work according to company standards and contracts.
  • Manage work schedules and supervise field work teams.
  • Report project progress, constraints, and material needs to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain compliance with K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations.
  • Oversee the daily implementation of construction work in the field.
  • Ensure work quality meets company and contract standards.
  • Manage work schedules and supervise field teams.
  • Report project progress, obstacles, and material requirements to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.

Ideal Profile

  • Minimum education of SMK/D3 Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Have at least 1–2 years of experience in construction (building, road, or infrastructure).
  • Have good leadership and communication skills.
  • Willing to be placed on the project site.
  • Minimum education: Vocational High School/Diploma 3 (Diploma 3) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the construction field (buildings, roads, or infrastructure).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Willing to be placed on-site.
