Content Creator - Video Production Executive

Responsibilities
Concept Development and Ideation:
- Collaborate with clients or the creative team to brainstorm and develop video concepts that align with the client’s brand, objectives, and target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with trending formats, challenges, and viral content on TikTok and Instagram to ensure the content is relevant and on-brand.
Content Planning and Strategy:
- Plan and strategize the video content to ensure consistency with overall marketing goals and brand voice.
- Create content calendars to manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of content.
Pre-Production:
- Write scripts or outlines for video shoots, specifying key moments, captions, and calls to action.
- Organize and oversee all pre-production logistics, including securing locations, actors, or any necessary props.
- Prepare storyboards and shot lists to ensure smooth production.
Video Production:
- Direct and manage video shoots for social media content, whether they are done in-house or on location.
- Ensure that the video quality is optimized for social media platforms (e.g., vertical video for Reels, TikTok).
- Manage lighting, sound, and camera angles to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
Post-Production and Editing:
- Edit raw footage into short, compelling, and shareable video content that adheres to platform guidelines (TikTok and Instagram Reels specifications).
- Integrate music, text overlays, graphics, and special effects to enhance the video's appeal and engagement.
- Create multiple video versions or edits (e.g., one for TikTok, one for Instagram, different lengths) as required.
Client Communication and Feedback:
- Present video drafts to clients and incorporate feedback to meet their expectations (work alongside Content team and Lead)
- Provide recommendations and solutions to improve video content based on performance metrics (views, engagement rates, etc.) based on feedback from Lead and Content Team
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with content creators, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure all aspects of the content are cohesive and align with the brand’s identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the video content supports the overall campaign goals.
Project Management:
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and clients' expectations are exceeded.
- Maintain organized files and project documentation, ensuring all content is accessible for future use.
Qualifications
- Experience in content creating and video editing acts as a strong plus point.
- An agile, adaptable, and most valuable team member.
- Reliable and good team member who enjoys a fast-paced working environment.
- Familiarity with editing tools like Capcut
- Ability to direct and guide talent during video shoots to achieve desired performances
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Equipped with a good attitude and work ethic.
- A creative mind who's enthusiastic and energetic
- Takes initiative and eager to learn new skills within the industry.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to peers and leads
- Quick to learn and eagerness and willingness to learn and be corrected when necessary
- Availability for mobile locations and occasional work on weekends or public holiday when necessary
