• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preperation cheklist
• Prepare cold foods, operate ovens, stoves, microwaves, and fryers
• Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles
