Corporate Secretary Assistant

• Processing request related to quotation and agreement complying with the prevailing procedures and inquiries related to project
• Maintain Corporate Secretary databases updated in a timely manner
• Prepare Corporate Secretary Quarterly Report
• Actively Improve general knowledge of taxation to support related tasks
• Support any activities related to Corporate Secretary Division

• Minimum Qualifications: Hold Bachelor degree with min. GPA 3.00 from Law major.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Mastering any other foreign language will be an advantage
• Mastering MS. Office
• Have a sound knowledge of legal drafting
• Self-Starter, Well organized, Have a good communication and negotiation skill, able to work in a high pressure and resourceful
• Having prior experience as secretary would be preferable.
