Responsibilities
- 1. Calculate the required quantity, volume, material specifications and prices, scope of work, man hours according to the documents / drawings / specs provided
- 2. Monitoring and controlling the project’s cost and budget
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Having experience of at least 2 years as a Cost Estimator
- Able to estimate, verify and validate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, including costs of materials, labor and equipment.
- Strong capabilities in computer programs such as Ms. Office, Autocad, SketchUp
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang
