Do you dream in workflows? Secretly enjoy fixing broken CRMs? Can you build a ManyChat AI funnel that doesn’t scare off leads or propose marriage? We should talk.


We help local service businesses (like attic builders and trades) turn ads into booked jobs. Now, we need someone to make our Go High Level + ManyChat setup smarter, faster, and way more fun to use.


What You'll Do:
  • Audit and fix our current Go High Level setup (you know, like pipeline logic that doesn’t cause mild existential crises)
  • Build automations that follow up with leads even when we’re asleep, surfing, or binge-watching Notion tutorials
  • Help track what actually matters: booked jobs, revenue, and which ads are crushing it
  • Build a ManyChat flow that uses AI to talk to leads better than most salespeople
  • Set up ManyChat for promos and reactivations that don’t feel like spam
  • Hop on a weekly Zoom with me (Ole) where we high-five over automations and you show me what I didn’t know I needed


Part-time. Remote. Chill vibes. Plenty of automations. Occasional GIFs in Slack.
