Responsibility:
To handle daily operations activities such as receiving incoming calls, arrangement of medical evacuation/appointment/hospitalization of patient, monitoring all active cases, and to supervise and to coordinate the evacuation activities, etc to ensure cases are updated every day.
Qualifications:
As a part of operations team, you will be challenged to perform the excellence in delivering the service, which required following skills and qualities:
- Fluent in English both written and spoken would be preferable.
- Willing to work on shift schedule (day & night shift).
- Strong in communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum Diploma III from any major (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Experience in Customer Service sector is an advantage.
- Computer literate (Ms. Word and Excel).
- Able to work independently on tasks at hand as well as in a team.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to details.
