Data Analyst

Responsibilities :

• Work with multiple departments to define success metrics, create approaches to track the data, quantify and evaluate the data, then develop a common language for all colleagues to understand these KPIs.
• Develop in-depth analytical understanding of what drives growth for the product and how it can be improved.
• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a simplified visual.
• Play a key role in contributing to the team by examining causal inference, performing sensitivity analysis and running models.
• Perform deep dives analysis to identify key insights that inform marketing decisions.
• Engage with tech team as a partner to develop machine learning models, modernize data infrastructure & tools.
• Able to work in shifts and national holidays.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistic or Computer Science
• Proficient in using Ms. Office, Python, and other data analysis software
• Experience in data models and reporting packages
• Ability to analyze large datasets
• Ability to write comprehensive reports
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Possess an analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
• Attention to detail
