What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve business problems, and enhance operational efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Collaborating with the operations team to gain a deep understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
  • Partnering with the technology team to understand the database schema and ensure effective data extraction.
  • Automating weekly and monthly operational reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Designing and developing dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of customer and teacher behaviors to uncover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
  • Driving projects aimed at improving conversion rates, including analysis of lead-to-purchase funnels and customer demographics.
  • Ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reports and dashboards.
  • Presenting insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives by providing data-driven inputs to product, marketing, and operations teams.

Requirements And Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate methodologies and findings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and interest in contributing to a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for creating social impact, particularly in advancing education in Indonesia
