Sales Offline Supervisor (Modern Channel)

Responsibility

• ⁠Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide action plans to improve sales figures.
• ⁠Identify opportunities to increase store traffic and conversion rates.
• ⁠Lead and manage a team of sales staff across multiple store locations.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all offline stores, including staffing, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• ⁠Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, layout, and product displays to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and present findings to upper management.
• Track and manage stock levels, including replenishment and stock movement across stores.
  
  

Requirements

• ⁠Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry or apparel
• Proven experience in managing and leading store teams especially for BA
• Knowledge of skincare products and trends is a plus.
• Having experience manage modern channel
