Data Specialist

Job Description

The Analyst’s job is to collect, clean, and organize information from raw data. It includes extracting data using tools and software, setting up new automation processes to make data gathering more efficient, and finally interpreting the data to support business decisions.

Here’s what an ordinary day looks like :

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the commercial in data cleaning and organizing into a standardized format, both manual and automatic

• Identifying the data to be analyzed

• Collecting the data from multiple sources

• Sourcing the incomplete/missing data, cleaning the data

• Analyzing and interpreting the data

• Generating information and insights from various datasets

• Preparing reports and creating visualizations/presentations for other functions within the organization

Key requirements:

• Skillful in Python programming, showcasing practical expertise and a strong foundation in the language.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets formulas, including the IF function, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functionalities.

• Fluent in English

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, working both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and the resilience to handle long hours when necessary.

• A quick learner with a high level of curiosity and eagerness to embrace new challenges.

• Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data.
